Description: Evidence for outlining is visible around the figures. This was probably done with a channelling tool or a narrow flat chisel.

Method: Vertical (90°)
Description: A pump drill was used in the tree (note that this is not the same as the cord drill used in the Roman period).

The scene shows Eve giving a fig to Adam, not an apple. This section is much more finished with the use of abrasives and some evidence for outlining.
